In principle we work on a Fixed Lesson Calendar per Term. Lessons will only be cancelled and rescheduled from the Trainers perspective in the case of Lightning and Storms ( in accordance with SA Swimming guidelines for swimmer safety), unplanned major site problems and Trainer illness. These Lessons will be rescheduled. Lessons may only be cancelled by Customers in the case of swimmer illness for which a Doctor’s note must be provided. Other cases may be considered by Management subject to a written motivation being submitted at least 3 days in advance of the lesson. Where applicable, make up lessons will be scheduled in agreement with both Parties. Makeup lessons must be completed by the end of the first week of the next Term.
